About KAY + NAT

KAY + NAT is a locally owned and operated gift box business founded by two Northern Ontario best friends (also known as Kayla and Natashia).

What began as Nat's vision has grown into a thriving business built on creativity, collaboration, and a passion for supporting local. Together, they work closely with small businesses to carefully source high-quality products, showcasing makers from Sault Ste. Marie and, more recently, expanding to feature Canadian brands from across the country.

As KAY + NAT approaches its third anniversary this fall, they are proud to have created more than 700 thoughtfully curated gift boxes.

Behind the scenes, Nat focuses on sourcing products and managing inventory, while Kay brings each collection to life through custom graphic design, social media, and marketing. They enjoy preparing and wrapping boxes together and brainstorming new ideas!

Every month, KAY + NAT releases a Box of the Month featuring a unique theme inspired by seasonal celebrations, holidays, or hobbies. Customers can subscribe to receive these exclusive boxes each month at a discounted subscription price.

Above all, KAY + NAT is about more than gift boxes—it's about celebrating local businesses, supporting Canadian makers, and helping people create meaningful connections through thoughtful gifting.
